$59 ripoff

Called for an electrician to come out to my condo for some electrical work. He took a few pictures with his phone and said I would receive an email the next day. After a week I called because I never received the e mail. I told the receptionist who I was and what I wanted. She transferred me & someone then picked up the telephone & hung up. I waited a couple of days and called back. This time I was told the owner had to approve all bid & she took my name & number & he was to call me back Fast forward 3 days, still no call and I'm out $59. For $59 I would at least expect to get an estimate or phone call in a timely manner. Do not use these folks.

Dangerous elecricians

Called this company because my friend at Lincoln Properties recommended. What a bad choice. We had problems with a breaker going off in our kitchen, and so we called brandt. After over three hours of wandering aimlessly about our home, this man wanted to know how much money I had to spend to replace our breaker box. He took off the cover and left it on the ground with the electricity parts open so anyone could touch them. I called my husband and he took the call to the man and demanded he leave. He refused, and demanded over four hundred dollars for doing nothing. My husband called another company. They came out and fixed the problem. Do not use this firm, they are not honest and leave dangerous wiring open for children to touch.

I recently had some issues with the wiring in my master bedroom. I called Brandt Electrical and was able to have someone out the next day. The technician was on time, professional and courteous. He got right to work trouble-shooting the flickering lights in both my bathroom and closet. He discovered the problem within a short time and had all the parts necessary to make the repair. After he was finished with that I had him look at a couple of other things that I need done in the near future, replacing light fixtures, etc. He gave me some good suggestions and an estimate. I will be calling Brandt soon to take care of those. I am definitely "one happy customer" and will refer Brandt Electrical to family & friends. It's nice to have someone in your home that you can trust.
