Be careful when ordering online from this florist. The sizes delivered are actually much smaller, even if you upsize. I've been fooled twice but never again.

I went with a local florist because I thought they would be provide better service than an 800 number florist. I was wrong. Called Thursday for a Friday morning delivery. Delivered late - 5pm. Poor communication with driver and shop. Did not follow delivery directions. When I called the florist to follow up on the delivery they said they would contact the driver. I waited to hear back from them but had to call them again. When I did I was informed that the flowers were left with a neighbor which is what I did not want done. They could not give an explanation as to why the flowers were late. Next time I'll use Proflowers.
